Items must be picked up by last day of sale, no later than 2:30pm. Sales tax will be charged according to the area of sale. ** FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES SALES STAFF IS NOT AVAILABLE TO LIFT HEAVY ITEMS. BE SURE TO BRING MUSCLE AND TOOLS. ( We no longer loan out tools) WE WILL BE HAPPY TO RECOMMEND A REASONABLE MOVING COMPANY TO ASSIST YOU. You can RESERVE ITEMS with a DEPOSIT. Call us and tell us the picture number, THEN we tell you the condition of ITEM (S) and PRICE. This will hold the item till 10am the FIRST DAY OF THE SALE or the following morning by 10am, OTHERWISE YOU WILL FORFIET YOUR DEPOSIT. We understand that things happen, but a courtesy call wIll keep you from losing deposit. The 3% service charge does not go toward balance or refund on reserve items. This is a ONLINE SALE. These items are at different locations. We have reduced them to move, everything must go. We have a wonderful Ridgeway Grandfather clock, a couple China Cabinets one a Hernedon, one from Ehan Allen, great accent chairs, end table, coffee table and some great Bird prints a set of 6 that were from the Original Rich's department store. They were actually from their Calendar that was mailed out to Prefered customer every year. Any resonable offer will be considered. If you would like to see any of these items in person that can be arranged. We are pricing everything to move it. As always the more you purchase the more better the price.
