We take Cash, Checks with ID and ALL credit cards. No early or pres-ales. House is on 24-7 security.
Saturday prices firm, but we encourage that you put bids in on items you want to protect prior to Sunday Discount day. You are welcome and encouraged to leave a bid the first day on items you are interested in. Bid boxes and bid sheets are available several places in the home for your convenience. Second day (Sunday) is our fun discount day where all is negotiable. We will start calling on all accepted bids by 12 noon to give you time to come and pick up your winning bid items. We have priced to sell the first day as our client needs everything gone to be able to sell the house. Please bring help to load large items! We appreciate pickups after 2:00 PM first day of sale , and after 1:00 on Sunday. Not responsible for accidents, always watch your step and take care. We provide sold tags at the front and available from staffers for the Saturday and Sunday morning opening "rushes" for your convenience. Please write your name clearly on the sold tags, tag your desired item and leave it in place, a runner will take to cashier's holding tables for you. All valuable smalls and jewelry will be bagged and taken to the cashier holding for you by our staff. If books are not priced on the outside, they are priced in pencil just inside cover to preserve the book. Our staff is very friendly and there to assist you. Theft is strongly prosecuted. Please leave large bags, baskets, and overcoats at home or in your car. Tag large furniture and items with a sold tag and your name during the first rush. We will deliver the info to the cashier, just check to make sure all your items are there when you check out. You will need your receipt to remove large pieces from home or large shop. |

We of Cummings and Associates are aiding a lovely lady who is taking care of her 90+ year old mom who is now in assisted living to sell the contents so the house her mom lived in so many years can be sold to assist in her care. Household and furnishings are all for sale including refrigerator, washer, and dryer and an upright freezer. A very nice pair of adjustable to stand up recliners, bedroom furniture, tables and glass/wood coffee table, beautiful hand made quilt, small dinette set, wicker set, andirons, upgrade stereo equipment, old cameras and movie camera, old records, so much! Yard, camping, yard decorations abound, a lovely antique "kitchen" mantel clock and a cathedral mantel clock, antique lamps, several lovely hanging lamps including a big stained glass lamp. Wind flag collection* Costume jewelry, Clown Ron Lee and other figurines, clown dolls, fine mid century china set, antique huge intaglio pressed 2 part punch bowl, rare 19th century pressed pedestal cake plate, Cambridge, Duncan, elegant depression glass, so much more! A award winning doll artist and ceramic painter, there is one huge room full of every craft you can imagine besides her lovely finished dolls. We provide a sign up list so the neighborhood is not bothered by lots and lots of cars waiting and to accommodate weather conditions. We open the doors on Saturday at 10 and read off the names on the list first then everyone is welcome. There is so much, we will have a treasure for you till closing on Sunday! 24 hour security.
