s GPS directions can sometimes be incorrect to our home, please use the following:
  • From the traffic light in downtown Evergreen, turn onto CO 73
  • From CO 73, just up the hill from the Fire Station, turn onto Little Cub Creek Parkway; go 1.5 miles
  • Turn Left onto Stanley Park / Co Rd 81; go 1.7 miles
  • Turn Left onto Bear Mountain Drive (sign for Bear Mountain Vista -- if you get to High Drive you went too far); go 1.2 miles
  • At the top of a meadow, take a Slight Right, then Immediate Left onto Independence Trail (a little tricky here -- Bear Mountain goes left, Giant Gulch goes right and Independence Trail splits them in the middle; then make sure you stay to the left and avoid getting on Denver View Drive)
  • Go all the way to the end of Independence Trail -- house is at the end of the street
Important Note: DO NOT follow your GPS directions if they take you up Hilltop Road or Fern Gulch…. these are inaccessible routes.
 
Alternately, people may also access the home from 285
  • Take the North Turkey Creek exit, turn west / north
  • Go 1.2 miles and turn right on High Drive
  • Go 4.3 miles and turn right on Bear Mountain Drive
  • At the top of a meadow, take a Slight Right, then Immediate Left onto Independence Trail (a little tricky here -- Bear Mountain goes left, Giant Gulch goes right and Independence Trail splits them in the middle; then make sure you stay to the left and avoid getting on Denver View Drive)
