All items must be removed by 12pm on Saturday! If items are not picked up by then they will be considered abandoned and there will be no refund provided! We take all major credit cards and Cash. We do not so Pre-sales, pre-views or give out a price listing. We will give out numbers at 7:30. Only 10 people are allowed in at a time until the crowd dies down. No large bags, or large trash bags are allowed in the sale until the end at check out time. First day of sale is FULL PRICE!! Second day of sale starts at 25% off all small items and 35% off all furniture and large items! |

This will be a 1st part sale! First part will be the main house. 2nd part will be the following weekend and it will be the guest house and the rest of the main house!! SOOOO MUCH STUFF!!!!!
This
home is PACKED with items!! Furniture, collectables, knick knacks,
decor, vintage kitchenware, dolls and so much more!! Because the house
is so packed we will only let 10 people in at a time. Once those 10 have
scattered through the house we will let 5 more in as we see reasonable!
PLEASE GET THERE EARLY FOR A TICKET!!! We will be posting more pics this week and all of next week. We are trying to get items organized first! Please do not block drive ways or mail boxes, you will be asked to move or may get a ticket from loca police.
WE WILL NOT BE GIVING OUT PRICES PRIOR RO THE SALE!! ALL ITEMS ARE FULL PRICE ON FIRST DAY OF SALE!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!! IF YOU WANT A DISCOUNT, COME BACK THE 2ND AND 3RD DAY!
