in the Weather on the 1st Day of the Sale.  

We continue to strive to create a Pleasant, Respectful & Efficient Sale Environment
With That Said, We have made some changes

** NUMBERS WILL BE NOW HANDED OUT AT 2 DIFFERENT TIMES **
Round 1: 4 Hours Prior to Sale Start Time (12 p.m. for 10 minutes)
Round 2: 1 Hour Prior to Sale Start Time (3  p.m. till Sale Start Time)

** ONE NUMBER PER PERSON **
You must be Present to get your Number even if you are a Married Couple
** For Clarification, the honor system is in place for Order before each round of numbers are handed out. **
If you pull up and there are people waiting in their cars, 
please, realize you are not first just because you go stand at the door. 
It is impossible for us to police this as far in advance as the buyers are showing up for their numbers.
PLEASE RESPECT EACH OTHER & USE THE HONOR SYSTEM

PARKING

This home sits on a Street, so please be mindful of the neighbors driveways & mailboxes
 There is a Gravel Lot within Walking Distance for Easy Parking Access
