**All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with NO WARRANTY or GUARANTEE. **All sales are final. **All bids are based on the inspection, evaluation, and desire of the bidder(s). PAYMENT: Full payment is due immediately after the auction. Live bidders at the auction may pay with cash, good NC check, or credit card. Payment with cash or good NC check will earn a 3% discount on the entire invoice. REMOVAL: The facility will remain open for 2 hours after the last item is sold for the benefit of the live bidders at the auction. the faclility will be open from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM on Monday, February 20 and Tuesday, February 21 for removal. Additional time will be allowed for removal of the large built in items (hoods, walk ins, bar, etc.) the final removal date will be listed clearly on your invoice after the auction. Failure by the buyer(s) to meet the removal schedule and conditions may result in the loss of your purchases, without refund. The buyer is to provide all manpower, tools, and equipment needed to remove the items from the facility. In the case of a large built-in item (hood system, walk in cooler, etc.) the buyer may be required to hire a professional removal company, that is fully qualified and insured. This will be stated in the description of the item being offered. SELLING MULTIPLE LIKE ITEMS: if we sell multiple like items to more than one buyer, selection will be on a first come basis. (Example: If we sell dining chairs to more than one buyer, then the first buyer to show up to get their items, will get the first selection. The lease has ended at this location and Kevin has decided to dedicate his time to the Wake Forest restaurant. The last private party will be on February 12. The restaurant will be cleaned and staged for the auction after that.
