BY Trinity River at Riverside and Howell, near Empire Room!! There is another 141 Howell in Oak Lawn/Uptown area and we do not want you to get confused! We are offering an estate sale that had to be moved and displayed in a Design District storefront. The client’s home sold quickly with no time for an onsite sale. This decorator client has a huge inventory of decorator items, antiques, leather bound books, light fixtures and rugs. The inventory would not fit at our warehouse which is currently filled with our online auction merchandise (starting next week also). But don’t let the storefront confuse you – this is NOT a retail store but an actual estate sale subject to the usual first day full price and Saturday discount schedule. It also means that it will NOT be open again next week as this storefront has been rented temporarily only for this specific sale. This is a typical 2 day sale. It has been fun to have enough space to display everything so well but we really need to sell it back to the bare walls again so the landlord can rent the space on a more permanent basis. Advantage to you is that it will be easy to see everything in a large and brightly lit space. The rugs are completely open so full condition is visible. Be sure to come find your next treasure!
