Our client has moved from Robson Ranch and left some lovely items for you. One day only sale means all items are wonderfully priced.

This is not a huge sale. Prices are amazing at this very nice, one-day-sale. We make it worth your while on these fast sales!

Bridget and team are at Robson Ranch and the rest of the team is at our McKinney sale.

Make sure you let the gate attendant know you are going to WHEN PIGS FLY ESTATE SALE.

All items must be removed by 3pm the day of the sale!!!!!!!

NOTE: So there are no surprises, we have a few rules we have arranged with our clients. These are for the protection of our client and our business.

 No children allowed under the age of 16.

SECURITY always at our sales

No outside bags allowed in. Leave them and your purses in your vehicle.

Sorry, we can't help you load. Please bring your own Hercules.

Bring your own resale form. We do not provide them.

Packing is always limited, be prepared and bring some extra. We always appreciate your left over bags and packing materials too.

 Please know, we are limiting the number of people in to 20 at a time. Thank you for understanding.

No Mean people allowed.  

Not that anyone one would, but stealing or changing tags will result in punishment.

> NO Children Please. Too many accidents and little and big people can get hurt. We can no longer allow ANY children in under ANY circumstances. Due to potential dangers, this is a set policy and we must adhere to it for our clients and customers. Thank you for understanding.
>We are not responsible for any accidents.
> 8.25% sales tax assessed unless you provide your tax exempt information. Please bring your tax exempt forms/resell forms with you. WE DO NOT PROVIDE RESELL FORMS.
>ALL SALES FINAL-No refunds, returns or exchanges. Electricity available.
> We do NOT help load or haul items. 
>No CHECKS , 
>CASH and CREDIT CARD ONLY AT THIS SALE. 4% Courtesy fee for credit and debit card, minimum $10 per transaction.
>No large bags or purses allowed in the sale.
We have professional security at all of our sales. We ask for your assistance in helping us reduce theft.
> No Holds, all items must be paid for and removed by the close of the sale.
