This is the sale of the original owner of this terrific 1960s home and has a wide variety of items. BRING BOXES! We do not have any boxes at this house, so you will need to bring boxes if you want to box your items.  We will have paper so that you can wrap your breakables after purchase.  WE WILL NOT BE DOING ANY WRAPPING at the checkout, so be ready to wrap your own items. 

**CAUTION** There is a pool in the backyard of this property, so all children must be watched at all times and no children will be permitted in the back yard. This property has several "step-up, step-down" areas, so be aware if you have impaired mobility that there are several sets of steps, each set consisting of two steps.
