Pickup is listed on each auction, if you are unsure of location or pickup time STOP, do not bid, contact us, we will be happy to assist you.
You are responsible for all items you are the winning bidder, meaning you must pick up your item(s) during the designated pick-up time for that paticular auction.
Bidder is responsible for payment on all bids won. Failure to pickup will result in payment form being charged, and will become property of Baxter Auctioneers LLC.
Failure in payment will be disputed at Beaver County Courthouse.
Baxter Auctioneers has the right to bid on behalf of absentee bids.
Baxter Auctioneers reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
