OUR NUMBERS SYSTEM:

A staff member will be there a couple hours before opening time to give out numbers. One number per person and you must be present to get a number. Once you get a number you are free to go have breakfast or whatever and return about 10 of to line up for an orderly opening. If a few of you arrive before our numbers guy we trust you will know who will be #1,2,3 ect.and will receive one of our #s then. Our numbers are the only ones that matter. We will let in as many shoppers at a time as we deem appropriate until there is no more line - than you will not need a # to enter.

DO NOT WALK UP THE DRIVEWAY - THE ALARM IS ACTIVATED AND IT IS VERY LOUD! STAY IN YOUR VEHICLE UNTIL OUR STAFF ARRIVES TO TURN OFF THE ALARM.

WE CLOSE RIGHT AT STATED TIMES TO DO OUR ACCOUNTING - PLEASE ALLOW AMPLE DRIVE/SHOPPING TIME.

ALL SALES FINAL and being sold as is, as found in the estate.

Plenty of parking but please do not block driveways and be sure to treat all neighbors lawn with care (they street is plenty wide to keep your rubber on the road.)

Early birds please remember weekend are most folks day off - keep the noise to a minimum when waiting out front.
