When Pigs Fly~Estate Sale
Our
client is a world traveled musician and his unique career is taking him on
another amazing path. He has asked us to do a FAST liquidation since his home
has sold and he is moving quick. It
is not our norm to NOT price items, however our schedule is full, he needed our
solution-oriented approach and we are delivering. So, very few items will be
priced, all must go in one day and the deals start the minute we open the door. There
will be no parking as the house fronts a main road on North Bell Ave. The
circle drive will be for loading only. Parking can be across from the house in
an empty lot or on a side street. Please do not block others driveways. Prices
will be great so the extra effort will be well worth it! All
items must be removed by 4pm the day of the sale!!!!!!! I will
pre-sell the Piano and am only available to show it by appt. on Friday. The
team of When Pigs Fly, welcome you. NOTE: So there are no surprises, we have a few rules we have
arranged with our clients. These are for the protection of our client and our
business. No children allowed
under the age of 16. SECURITY always at our sales No outside bags allowed in. Leave them and your purses in
your vehicle. Sorry, we can't help you load. Please bring your own
Hercules. Bring your own resale form. We do not provide them. Packing is always limited, be prepared and bring some extra.
We always appreciate your left over bags and packing materials too. This is a very tight sale for space. Please know, we are
limiting the number of people in to 20 at a time. Thank you for understanding. No Mean people allowed. Not that anyone one would, but stealing or changing tags
will result in punishment.
