Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. We accept cash, checks or Credit Card. Your bid is a legally binding contract, no exceptions. Winning bidder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless sellers, auctioneers, auctioneers employees, auction company owners, directors, etc. etc. from all claims, fees, judgments, expenses, disputes, legal fees etc. etc. Please check the details before placing your bid. If item is not paid for within 3 days there is a $3 per day storage fee, no exceptions.

FIREARMS: ALL FIREARMS SOLD WILL REQUIRE A FEDRAL BACKGROUND CHECK. IF YOU FEEL YOU CANNOT PASS THE BACKGROUND CHECK DO NOT BID!!! THE PERSON REGISTERED TO BID IS THE PERSON THAT WILL HAVE TO PASS THE BACKGROUND CHECK.

Any Items not picked up after 30 Days will be resold!
