With that said, over the years we have developed a few rules that must be followed to make this experience awesome for everyone involved. We appreciate your patronage and your cooperation.
*****We are an auction & estate sale company and are required by the State of Alabama to charge sales tax. There will be a sales tax applied to this sale. We don't make the rules, we just follow them.
******We DO NOT LOAD, bring your helpers if you need them. Due to liability issues.
******Bring any packing materials you may need. Boxes, paper etc.....
******We will be taking cash only for this sale. The only exception to this is if you are a registered customer with our company with a perfect check writing record).
******ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
******ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS WITH NO GUARANTEES.
*******A sign in sheet will be posted. We will have to limit this sale to 25 at a time in the house due to space limitations.
As we discourage the removal of items, it does happen. All items available the day of sale will take precedent over any and all items advertised in this listing.
