We accept cash and credit cards. "Clover "charges will have a sur charge added to their purchase of between 1.80% up to 3% depending on the type of credit card you use.
These charges applies to all charges $100.00 and over.
We do not accept Bank, third party, paroll or personal checks.
All items are sold as is, and all sales are final, no exchanges or refunds. Your are personably responsible to inspect the condition of your purchase.
Prices are not available before the sale, ORA reserves the right to determine when a presale is appropriate.
Purchases must be removed by the end of the sale.
Our staff is not available to assist you in moving your purchases, you must bring help, transportation, and moving supplies.
We will only honor a list the morning of the sale only, if you are not present when names are called, you loose you place.
ORA is not responsible for accidents or injuries or any items left behind.
Please be respectful of the neighborhood and house.Please be respectful of merchandise, this house and their neighbors.
We use a list for customers, not the numbering system.
