I contracted with Tom and A+ Estates & Appraisals to sell the contents of my home. Tom worked very hard prior to the estate sale in setting up and staging the items to be sold. On the day of the sale Tom brought the bank, which he counted out in front of me. He kept track of the items that were sold, and how much they sold for. At the end of the day he provided me with the "items sold list" and the CASH money from the sale of my estate. I had so much stuff still left in the house that I am going to hire Tom again to conduct a second sale. It is my pleasure to gladly recommend Tom and the staff of A+ Estates & Appraisals.

My friends had attended this terrific Olympia Estate Auction two days before me. They told me that each day more items were being brought in throughout the day, which is why the little apartment was packed full. There was an amazing selection of antiques. I attended the sale today, May 31st. When we came in we were greeted by Tom. He explained some of the sale's terms and conditions, especially the fact that "box lots were sold as a whole and were not to be "parted out". I wanted a book out of one Box Lot, and I went around Tom's back to his employee to try to get my way. I later realized that my action was childish. Admittedly, I wanted one book so much that I hid the book below an advertising sign, and Tom caught me doing that, and again informed that "box lots cannot be broken up". I came back later, making a scene, in grabbing his business cards. Tom kept his cool despite my infantile display. I was having a bad day. Tom truly did NOT deserve my misplaced anger. I called Tom later to personally apologize, and he informed me that the owner's son sold the estate without informing his mother. No wonder Tom and the owner's son appeared to be in disagreement. Tom I truly apologize for my unethical behavior. I don't know a thing about your business, but I do know that you worked hard and did a great job for your client.

I contracted Tom and A+ Estates & Appraisals. Tom had worked for seventeen days straight (talk about exhaustion) in setting up and later conducting my estate sale. He conducted the sale for three days and sold most everything. He had his work cut out for him. He dealt with incredibly rude customers, people attempting to steal my property, and firmly dealt with these unreasonable people while keeping his cool throughout. I really needed to sell my estate quickly.
