Every estate sale I attend that is conducted by Chuck and his team seems to be better than the last. Their customer service is outstanding, and I am always impressed by Chuck’s knowledge of the items he sells and his commitment to fair pricing.
What stands out most is the respect Chuck shows everyone involved—both sellers and buyers. He also takes great care to protect the seller’s belongings and home throughout the entire process. That level of honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail is difficult to find in today’s business environment.
I firmly believe that good estate planning should include more than having a trusted attorney. Families should also plan ahead by including Chuck and his team among the professionals they can rely on. After all, we want our families and heirs to receive the greatest possible value from the belongings we leave behind—especially the items they may not want or be able to keep.
Keep up the GREAT work!

I've been a customer for years, but also had the pleasure of recommending Another Mans Treasure to my real estate clients. My clients have all had great experiences with Chuck and his crew. They say that not only are they trustworthy, fairly priced, but also just very caring, which is needed often times in situations like this!

As a neighbor, I witnessed exceptional organization and exhibited by AMT in their handling of the Mill Valley estate sale... AMT demonstrated a deep understanding of the market value of the items and established fair prices accordingly. The employees were exceptionally friendly and provided valuable assistance throughout the process.
Following the estate sale, AMT returned to the property to remove the remaining items and clean the house, garage, and driveway. As a buyer and neighbor, I can confidently say that this was an exceptional experience.

From the start, Chuck and Mark handled me with kid gloves knowing I was overwhelmed making sure Dad and Mama were handled and honored in an appropriate manner. He took charge making sure the house and its contents were taken care of. He also called to make sure I was doing okay. He walked us through the process numerous times. He was such a Godsend for me. I will treasure him and Mark always.

Chuck did an amazing job at our estate sale. He is so easy to work with and very honest. He is great at pricing and getting things sold! You take the items you want and leave everything else for him and it is turn key. And he leaves you with a clean empty house! I highly recommend Chuck!

Highly recommend Chuck! I cannot say enough good things about Chuck and his services. He made the entire process so easy. He is very organized and honest - he called when he found a piece of jewelry or something sentimental that we overlooked. Knowledgable in pricing everything from lalique to antiques to art and works his tail off to get it ALL SOLD. Repacks what doesn't sell in boxes and has it hauled off by the charity of your choice. Sweeps and vacuums afterwards leaving you with an empty clean house and more money than I ever expected! Chuck is absolutely AWESOME!

I met Chuck and Mark in 2017 when I hired them to conduct an estate sale at my mother's home. I was so incredibly impressed by their professionalism and their knowledge on items of which I didnot know the value. They are friendly, fair and honest .
I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is anticipating a sale.
I look forward to attending many more of their sales
