It is no exaggeration to say that we simply couldn't have done it without Ken Dubensky. He did everything, did it well, and gave us more peace of mind than I can describe. After 15 years living in Westchester County, we had to relocate to Texas on a few weeks' notice; repair, prepare, and sell our house remotely over the succeeding months; transport and sell a car; and clean out a three-story 3800 sf home that had accumulated three generations of family heirlooms, valuables, and junk. For a very reasonable price, Ken provided several invaluable services, including moving furniture around and out, cataloguing and selling or donating tons of stuff, cleaning out the leftovers, and so many little services that I can't count them. The best part of engaging Ken was that we were able to pick out the things we wanted to move, put them on the moving truck, and anything that was left - whatever it was, wherever it was, and whatever condition it was in - he simply took care of it, clearing the house for the next owner.
