When in doubt we hire an appraiser at our expense.
We are happy to tackle a bigger job that may require extra prep time. We love "hoarder", clutter and are excited to do these type of larger projects.
Our contract is easy and will set your mind at rest. Typically we work on a percentage of the sales. Since each sale is different we won't give a quote over the phone but are happy to come out and meet with you for a no cost consultation.

WHY DO AN ESTATE SALE?
If you are downsizing it is a great way to empty your home and make some money at the same time.
If you do not wish to do an estate sale and just need your house emptied we can do that as well.
SUMMER VS. WINTER
Most people think that summer is the best time to do a sale.
Typically winter sales do really well as there is not the plethora of sales like there are in the summer.
More people from further away will attend your sale in the winter due to low volume of garage sales and community sales.
When you are ready, that will be the perfect time to do a sale no matter what time of year!!
WHEN DO I CALL FOR AN APPOINTMENT?
ASAP!!! As soon as you have a firm offer on the table for your home or when you know you what your move date is!
If you wait until the last minute you may not find the Estate Sale Service that you want as they may be booked already.
CLEARING THE CLUTTER:
Sometimes people will try to be helpful by donating or sorting before we get there.
Please do not donate anything. Items that you think are junk could have potential value.
The more items you have (even if you think it is junk) can make your sale more
desirable. The fuller the sale the more money you will make.
WHAT ITEMS SELL?
Simple, everything sells.
Even food in the cupboards and half containers of cleaning products.
Firearms, cars, jewelry, tools, clothing, furniture, toys, games, vintage everything!
Fine Antiques, everyday items, tupperware, you name it!
Will it sell? That I cannot predict but what I can say is the more you have the better a sale you will have!
Remember DO NOT THROW ANYTHING AWAY until we have been out to your home!
