• Provide display racks, shelving, and manikins to help showcase your valuable items.
• Research market value for all valuables.
• Offer all professional packaging for customers during the sale.
• Provide client with a detailed list of items sold.
• Advertise on Estatesales.net, Estatesales.org, Estatesales.com and Craigslist, display local sales signage and obtain required permits.
• Unsold merchandise disposed of according to your requirements. Donate, Keep, Trash etc.
• Accept Paypal, Amex, Master Card, Visa and Discover during the sale.
• No cash up front, commission paid out of proceeds as soon as sale is over.

2) Have your items separated or marked in some way (Or removed) to indicate the:

b) Items you are not sure about

3) Call us to evaluate your sale items and determine your specific sale needs.
4) Remove the items you want to keep from all areas involved in the sale. The last thing we want to do is accidentally sale an item you had no intent to sale. If the item is too big to move simply put a cover/sheet over it and we will mark it not for sale.
5) Relax we will handle the rest. Don’t worry with dusting and organizing, we will be putting up tables and staging everything.
