February 15, 2016 · What a relief !!!!! We sold our home in 5 days after listing it. Panic took hold as I looked at all the things in my home that needed to go. We planned to host a moving sale ourselves but realized it was going to be too big of a task for us to handle. I knew about Tonya Adam who owns When Pigs Fly Estate Sales Co.. I contacted her to host a sale for us I have seen her in action at her sales and she is amazing. Her patience with answering questions from customers and staff at the same time is over the top and entertaining to watch. She makes sure everyone is taken care of. I can't thank you enough, Tonya, for taking a big burden off our shoulders. Your concern for us assured me that you cared about us and what we are going through with selling our household items and relocating. You are amazing!!!

May 28, 2017 · I have followed When Pigs Fly since they opened their store in the Golden Triangle Mall. You and your team have always been accommodating and kind, with an obvious goal to do what's best for your clients and shoppers. I have witnessed first hand people walking with sharp objects, glass and also moving heavy furniture. We may think accidents will not happen, but they do. I know everyone would be devastated if a child got injured. I know it's a strict policy of theirs to not allow children in their estate sales and it can be an inconvenience for a shopper but it's one of their top rules, clearly stated in each one of their sales links. When my daughter was visiting we knew if we wanted to go shop together, we couldn't take him with us, but if did bring him we understood we would have to take turns shopping. I will always shop When Pigs Fly Estate Sales, you are my FAVORITE!

When we put our home on the market we never expected that it would sell in two days! We were down sizing from a 2700 sq ft home to an 800 sq ft mobile home and had to sell or give away lots of household items. Lucky for us Tonya and her crew from When Pigs Fly came to the rescue! Tonya's calm demeanor and tremendous organizational skills had the estate sale ready to go in no time. Everything was sold and the house was left spotless! Clearly, without your help we would never have been able to close on schedule and make our move to Hawaii. Please feel free to share this letter with any prospective clients. As you may remember, our large ( 6200 sq. ft.) house had been on the market for over 3 years. We finally received an earnest offer from people in the process of relocating from the Mid-West. Because they wanted to repurpose several rooms, they conditioned the sale on a very prompt closing. In fact, from contract to closing was not even a full month. As we were permanently relocating to Hawaii where we already owned a fully furnished home of less than half the square footage of the Texas house, we were confronted with significant decisions as to what we wanted to ship and how to dispose of all the remaining things. Needless to add, the cost of shipping was an important consideration as well. This meant we had to dispose of most of the furniture, all the appliances, clothing, books, household items , small appliances and the accumulation of many years. Additionally, we had a hot tub the buyers had no interest in, a huge three station gym and a professional tanning bed, any one of which would have been an enormous task to move. Once we had packed the "must haves" for shipment, the house still looked full and the clock was ticking. That is when we were fortunate enough to meet with you both. We were just incredibly lucky that you had an opening in your usually crowded schedule. We can still remember the great sense of relief when you walked through the house and assured us that you would take care of everything. True to your word, your crew arrived on schedule and began collecting and assembling our mountain of accumulated things. Every member of your team was efficient, pleasant and professional. I have to note that through the process, everything was done to allow us to keep some semblance of normality despite the enormity of the project. I also have to note ( though it goes without saying ), the absolute honesty of your staff is refreshing. Most people will leave a dollar here and some change there. Whenever anyone came across something like that or even had a question as to whether we intended to sell something like a piece of jewelry left in a bowl, it was immediately given to us. When we reached the weekend of the sale, we were impressed by the way your website publicized the sale as well as the way in which the sale was physically organized. Perhaps because an estate sale requires the sellers to just "let go", we left the house before the sale began and only returned the day after the sale which also happened to be the day before the closing. We had contracted with you for a clean-up of the house. When we walked in to a completely empty house which had been thoroughly and expertly cleaned, we were nothing short of amazed. We cannot thank you enough for everything you did for us and can recommend you with no reservations whatsoever. Cordially,

Don't know how you do it! Simply amazed by all of you wonderful people! When you said, "Let it go and I will handle it." You were not kidding. Yes, I do wish we would have let you help us sooner. Hind sight you know. Love all of you and wish you the very best.

A very sad situation was made much easier by Tonya's compassion, knowledge and guiding hand. When she says' she takes over, she means it. We needed her to step up and over see more than we realized. She was able to listen to our families needs and help all of us. A few went kicking and screaming, yet she kept the peace and her VERY NEEDED firm hand made the process so much better. We call her an Angel because of the responsibility she took from us. Many blessings to her and her whole amazing team.

The last minute need for a complete liquidation was handled flawlessly. Our move to Hawaii left us with a packed home and only a short time to have it liquidated. When Pigs Fly handled the liquidation in our large home, completely cleaned it our and brought in professional housekeeping to have it made ready for the new owner. Highly recommend them.
