We specialize in providing full-service estate sales, ensuring a seamless and stress-free process for clients. Each home is unique and every situation requires a tailored estate sale strategy. Whether you are selling a home after 50 years, are a long-time collector, or have a home of recently purchased designer furniture, we can help you! We offer a complimentary initial evaluation, to discuss and assess how our services may help you. We will review the contents with you, answer any questions you may have, and provide you with the best course of action based on your situation.
All we ask is that you don't donate or throw anything away until we come out!
OUR PROCESS
Stage 1: Pre-Sale
During the pre-sale stage, we organize, stage, and price the contents of the house, and make sure the sale is well advertised both online and through social media.
Stage 2: Sale Days
Once everything is ready we host either a 1 or 4-day estate sale. We accept credit and debit cards, have friendly staff throughout the home, and help customers load their purchases. Thee Perfect Sale is here to get the job done and make you the most money while doing it.
Stage 3: Post Sale
After the sale, we offer a complete home cleanout service. We collect and donate as many viable items as possible to a local non-profit charity. You can expect the home to be empty in broom-swept condition. All you have to do is sit back and collect your check within 10 business days.
