I was so pleased with DFW Liquidators! Cory is honest and compassionate about what he does AND he truly takes care of your property while it’s in his hands. His crew is knowledgeable and well trained to handle a big sale. I was amazed at the set up and transformation of our home for the sale - the detail of every room was considered and everything priced. Clean up after sale was thorough (even the yard!) and I arrived as they were vacuuming house. Most importantly, 85-90% of content was sold and cleared out 🙌 without one bit of help from the family - They Do Everything!! Kudos to Cory and his crew!!

DFW Estate Liquidators did an excellent job with my estate sale. Before the sale, I was unfamiliar with the estate sales process. Corey was patient and took the time to answer each of my questions over the phone. He met me the next week to inventory my sale items and discuss the contract. The sale was set for the following week. I had a ton of items between my mom and myself. I had to completely empty out my house of all decorations and furniture, which was a huge undertaking for anyone. Corey made the entire process easy and stress free. He had his employees did ALL of the hard work! It only took him two days to stage my house and set prices. I had literally every room in my 3,600 square foot home (and three-car garage) filled with items and furniture. I didn’t have to do anything. When he told me he expected to sell almost everything, I didn’t believe him. Well, I’m here to tell you he sold 98% of my items in two days. I was beyond relieved as my house was up for sale, and I had to get rid of everything. He and his employees also took special care of my home during the sale. Nothing was damaged or broken. Corey and his team were professional. The sale was well organized with items, hallways, and rooms clearly marked for the sale. Last but not least, he exceeded my profit expectations!! I highly recommend DFW Estate Liquidators to everyone!!!

They were very professional. They took 2 days to set up and price. Pricing was based on internet research and experience. They installed security cameras and had security during the estate sale which was held for 2 days. Photographs of the contents were put on their website. Payment for the sale was provided within an hour of the end of the 2nd sale day. Items that remained were handed over to an auction house for sale. They removed all items from the house and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend their service.

It went excellent across the board. Description of work: He did an estate sale. There was still furniture left and he contacted an auction service who is auctioning the remaining pieces left. He had another group come in and they took the rest of everything. They took whatever was sell able and they had emptied the house for us. The house is ready to be cleaned up, and ready to sale.

My wife and I love shopping estate sales throughout the DFW metroplex. We went to our first DFW Estate Liquidator's sale several years ago and have become loyal customers ever since. Their sales are always clean, well organized with prices clearly displayed. With some other estate sale companies sales we have attended, It's hard to distinguish who are customers and who are staff. DFW's staff are in uniform and make their presence known. A few nice things about their sales is that the prices are fair, their staff is always courteous, and the owner is always avaiable to assist. They also have a security guard on the premise and you always know who and where to pay when your finished shopping. We recently purchased a sofa and love seat from them and their crew helped me get it loaded which saved me a lot of time. aches and pains. It is truly a professionally run company and not the mom and pop shops that seem like they do it on a part time basis. They must be doing something right as I see a lot of the same people shopping there each time we go. There are other professionally run estate sale companies out the however out of all the estate sale companies we have dealt with, this one is at the top of our list!

Cory and his team did an absolutely fabulous job with my father's estate sale. My father passed away unexpectedly and it was a time sensitive situation to clear out his house. My dad did not believe in buying one of everything, he bought 5-10 of everything, so this sale was a lot of work for DFW Estate Liquidators. Cory really knows the business and has a huge following of customers and they will show up for good sale (we were very happy with our profit margin). There were close to 100 people waiting for our sale to start on the first day. Cory and his team are kind, courteous, knowledgable, and very respectful of your home/property. You just can't ask for a better company to work with on an estate sale.

We've grown used to the wide variety in professionalism among estate sale companies, but this past weekend we encountered one company (to remain nameless) that was very rude and unprofessional--ignoring customers, accusing them of removing price tags (when in reality, they just neglected to price the item), and talking to customers in a demeaning and holier-than-thou tone and language. I am use to hearing companies make claims. Here is one company you can Bank on! My Wife and I decided at the last moment to make a major move to be with our Daughter and her Husband---who live in another state---and were about to have their first baby. We completely downsized from a 1300 SQ house with Garage, so we could live in an 850 SF apartment---our first in 37-years of Marriage. We met with Cory—he explained his services, provided his references and we reviewed his website. He mentioned his qualified list of emailed customers which had been assembled during his 6-years of business. I wasn’t interested in a great quantity of traffic, but a responsive selection of quality buyers, who would read Cory’s announcement of his next Sale and attend it. These type of sales work both ways: Cory’s customers (such as my Wife and I) have to trust him, but so do his frequent buyers, who know he is NOT trying to dump worthless goods on them. It has to be win-win for both sides of the sale. Cory and his team have a way of “herding cats,” when managing an Estate Sale. Image trying to organize, merchandise, price and sell personal belongs collected over 37-years during a 7-day period; we couldn’t. He is extremely sensitive to the value of one’s property.
