Cait’s is more than just Illinois’ premier estate sale company! We are an energetic, friendly, fun, honest, and close-knit team who enjoy what we do with a genuine passion for helping people. We happily serve the greater Chicagoland and Tampa Bay, FL areas!

In addition to conducting 250+ sales a year, we offer a full suite of services, including Clear Out Services, Commercial Liquidation, Consignment Services, Construction Services, Off-site Warehouse Sales, and Real Estate referrals – so no matter what you need help with, Cait’s has you covered!

Can’t make it to one of our sales? Don’t worry! You can shop our two-story, 10,000 sq ft consignment warehouse and home goods retail store six days a week (Tuesday-Sunday from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.)! Additionally, we have a dedicated 6,000 sq ft "Estate Sale Room" that has multiple sales every weekend (Friday-Sunday from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.). You can also shop online at www.caitsonline.com! We carry Swan Creek Candles, Door County Coffee, Bella Australian Soap, tons of gift ideas, home & seasonal décor, and more!
