Lot 14 Auctions is a 4,000 sq. ft. Auction house in Niles, about 3 miles north of Chicago specializing in dynamic consignment auctions partnering with non-profit organizations as a fundraiser and community builder. All of our auctions are live auctions and we also offer Gala, estate and liquidation auction services.

Ian Kasper is a third generation auctioneer and has been living and working in the greater Chicagoland area since 1995.
