Placing a bid is an agreement to purchase. If you win, you must pick up your item(s). If you default on your purchase, your bidding privileges will be revoked permanently. Do not bid if you do not plan to purchase. If you bid, you MUST be available/arrange for pick-up of purchases on the pick-up date. Bring necessary tools and help for picking up large items. Loading assistance is NOT available. Some items may be located on a 2nd floor, out building.
Invoices are emailed to winning bidders once the sale has completely closed. Full payment must be made by 8:00 p.m. the day after auction closes. If total payment is not received before the pick-up date |

This sale features a mix of items for everyone! The owner is a proud Hawaiian with an eye for beauty. Items from the garden and home have influences from Asia, Hawaii, and The PNW. We will be having a large in-person sale after the close of this Auction. The pick up and sale will happen in the garden which is simply amazing.
Items include: Art - Prints from Hawaiian artists and Asian Influences- Rosalie Prussing, John Kelly and More. Garden - Plants, pagodas and pots galore. A wonderful stone foo dog and other items from Japanese and Cottage style gardens. Outdoor benches, tables/chairs as well as an abundance of accent items. Decor - The owner participated in markets and festivals selling new and vintage items. She has a large collection of Christmas items, trays, baskets, knick knacks, and upcycled vintage furniture. Come to the in-person sale to see more of her large collection of eclectic and beautiful items. Tools - A shed full of tools used for upcycling and yard upkeep. A Large outdoor tent/garage. Plastic pallets and collapsible shipping crates.
Pick up will be Friday and Saturday September 20 - 21 from 9:00 to 4:00 each day. (In conjunction with the large in-person sale) |
