12/25/18. The Eskews from 1 Call Estate Sales were professional and efficient. Did excellent service and their quality of work was excellent. I would totally use them again and recommend them to anyone. The items were sorted, grouped together and cleaned. They even helped to arrange emptying my house after the sale.

Steve and Midge took a large and complicated home down-sizing and transformed it into a successful sale with their expertise and tremendous hard work. The scope of the job seemed to multiply by the day, but they matched every challenge, including bad weather, with good humor, always mindful of my goals and priorities. They made it work. They are absolutely trustworthy in all aspects of the project and bore a burden I could not manage on my own. I recommend them highly.

Displayed well, items to be sold & priced to sell. Prepped for sale 3/4 days ahead & ahead sale for 3 days. A lot was done after living in our home for 40 years.
Sell went well! Midge & Steve, easy to work with. All texts & calls from us were answered promptly. Hard working couple & very pleasant. Advertised well, good pictures & showed items on websites.
At end of sale, house was completely cleaned. Would recommend them highly. Their percent of sales was fir, very pleased!

2. Pricing everything even going online to do research on some items.
3. Disposed of all items at the end of sale.
4. Cleaned all rooms involved after the sale.
Midge and Steve Eskew were prompt, honest, very well organized, thorough, personable + professional. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. While I was busy moving (downsizing) they took charge and did it all!I have recommended them highly to all my friends!
