Ours is a full service estate liquidation firm in central Oklahoma.

e have liquidated many hundreds of estates all over the state, and would be happy to provide you with letters of reference when you need our services.

We understand that closing an estate can be exhausting and even traumatic, so we strive to minimize our clients' problems throughout the entire process. 

We clean, organize and display all items in the home, and we either remove or drape those items which aren't for sale. We price all merchandise to be sold, with pricing commensurate with each item and and its most appropriate markets. 

We provide and set up shelving, mirrors, draped tables, locked and lighted showcases, risers, clothing racks, cash registers and all other necessary equipment. 

We send out e-flyers about the sale to thousands of customers already in our database; we also pay for advertising in local newspapers. 

We obtain the necessary municipal permits for each sale, and we collect photocopies of each and every tax exemption number on every non-taxable sale. After the sale, we remit all collected sales taxes to the state. 

Our friendly and reliable staff waits on each and every customer on sale day, making sure to keep meticulous records for you as each ticket is written. 

We take care of all security arrangements as needed, including bringing in a security system should the sale venue lack one. We also hire a police officer for the sale days themselves.

We arrange for charity pick-ups and/or buy-out brokers after the sale, and even leave your home broom-clean and ready to go once the sale is over. 

We'll be glad to work with your realtor to expedite the sale of your home (if needed), and we can even provide you with top rate professional referrals for everything from realty to mortgage services to electrical work to plumbing. 

In short, we do the work for YOU, the client, and strive to make you as much money as possible in as short a time as possible. Again, our service is comprehensive and our commissions are competitive.
